- What is CabRank Legal?
- CabRank Legal is a live referral marketplace for American attorneys. Attorneys join CabRank to claim warm legal referrals — clients who have already paid for a consultation, or who have made a genuine inquiry through a partner channel — matched to their practice areas and admitted states. Built and operated by Platfirm AI Pty Ltd.
- How is CabRank different from a traditional referral network?
- Traditional legal referral networks operate via email lists or phone introductions, often days after a client's initial inquiry. CabRank surfaces live referrals to matched attorneys within minutes, with the client's intake already partly captured by AI. Attorneys see the relevant referral details and intake summary — not the commercial framing of the intake call — allowing faster, more professional follow-up.
- Is CabRank Legal a law firm?
- No. Platfirm AI Pty Ltd operates a technology platform; we do not provide legal services. All legal work is done by independently practising US attorneys who claim referrals through the platform.
- Which US states does CabRank cover?
- All US states. The platform matches referrals based on the attorney's admitted state(s) and the client's jurisdiction.
- How much does CabRank cost for attorneys?
- Network membership is free. Priority is US$58 per attorney per month and includes 50 credits per month plus 20 additional credits per attorney seat. AI Partner is US$440 per month, includes 100 credits plus 20 per seat, and adds the AI receptionist feature. A 14-day free trial of full Priority access is available.
- How much does a consultation cost for consumers?
- US$195 for a one-hour consultation with a qualified US attorney matched to your area of law and state. Applicable state sales tax is added at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe.
- Can attorneys hand off intake information to their own systems?
- Yes. Where enabled, CabRank can pass confirmed intake information to Clio or to a firm's own Google Drive storage. CabRank does not replace the firm's case management system and does not maintain the legal file of record.
- How are referrals matched to attorneys?
- By practice area, state of admission, attorney profile preferences, and subscription tier (Priority and AI Partner get higher allocation priority). Sensitivity-flagged enquiries, such as domestic violence matters or vulnerable callers, are routed through admin review and never auto-allocated.
